How can I report an issue?

If you are experiencing a problem with the service please help us resolve it by reporting the issue. 

Reporting an issue is easy: 

1. Navigate to https://support.whylabs.ai/hc/en-us/requests/new 
2. Provide your email 
3. Provide a short description in the subject
4. Select the priority 
5. Provide a detailed description of the issue:
   • Include browser type & version
   • Specify your geographic location
   • If possible, provide steps to reproduce the problem
6. Consider providing screenshots of the problem to help our team tackle the issue faster. 

WhyLabs support team will be immediately notified about the problem and you will receive the follow-up correspondence in the email you provided.
